An action plan protects no one while it sits in a drawer. With Consultancy & Remediation, TrAInyng implements the priority measures with you: system configuration, access management, email security and internal policies. We work in sprints, with verifiable results at every step.

Who it is for

  • SMEs with an action plan but no time to carry it out
  • Companies without an in-house security team
  • IT providers looking for cybersecurity reinforcement
  • Organisations preparing for NIS2 requirements

What you get

  • Devices, servers and network configured to best practice
  • MFA enabled, access rights reviewed, unused accounts removed
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place against domain spoofing
  • Documented security policies aligned with NIS2
  • Monitoring and alerts on critical events

How it runs

  1. 1

    Prioritisation

We start from your audit, or a short baseline review, and pick the workstreams with the highest impact.

  2. 2

    Hardening

Updates, secure configuration of devices, servers and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and network segmentation where needed.

  3. 3

    Identity and access

MFA rollout, rights review, separate admin accounts and a clear process for staff joining and leaving.

  4. 4

    Email

Gradual rollout of SPF, DKIM and DMARC and stronger phishing filtering, without blocking your legitimate mail.

  5. 5

    Policies and documentation

Writing the policies and procedures NIS2 expects: incident handling, backups, business continuity.

  6. 6

    Monitoring and follow-up

Alerts and regular follow-up so your security level does not slip over time.

Formats

  • Focused sprint on one workstream
  • Ongoing support on a time-and-materials basis
  • On-site or remote
  • Working alongside your current IT provider

Prerequisites : Ideally a recent audit or action plan; otherwise we start with a short baseline review.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an audit first?

It is recommended, so fixes are not made at random. If you already have a report from another provider, we can start from that.

Do you work with our current IT provider?

Yes. We complement them rather than replace them, and we hand over documentation for every change.

Will I be NIS2 compliant after remediation?

Remediation covers a large share of the expected technical and organisational measures, but compliance also depends on your governance and how it is maintained. We tell you clearly what is covered and what remains to be done.
