1. Emails and client replies. ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude draft an email in seconds. Give the context, the tone and the length, then proofread. A study published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics covering more than 5,000 support agents found that a generative AI assistant increased issues resolved per hour by 15% on average, especially for less experienced staff.
2. Meeting minutes. Microsoft Copilot, Otter.ai and similar tools transcribe and summarise your meetings. Less note-taking, more attention to the discussion. Tell participants before you record and choose a tool whose data hosting is clear.
