How it runs

    Basics and ground rules

    What a language model does, where it fails, and which data never goes into a public tool. Short, then straight to practice.

    Prompt workshop on your documents

    Each participant works on a real task: a quote, report, letter or procedure. Results are compared and improved together.

    Analyse and summarise

    Summarise a specification, pull action points from meeting minutes, compare two quotes. Figures and sources are checked every time.

    Automate a repetitive task

    Guided build of a simple flow with your company's tools (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Make or similar), from trigger to result.

  5. 5

    Team use cases

    In small groups, each team picks a case from its own department, works it through end to end and presents the result.

    Usage plan and internal rules

    The day's good practices are gathered into a usage sheet and a short list of priority use cases to roll out.

Prerequisites : Being comfortable with a computer and email is enough; access to your company's AI tool helps, and we help set it up beforehand.

Which tools do you use during the training?

The ones your company uses or is considering: Copilot, ChatGPT, Mistral Le Chat or another. Exercises adapt to your environment, not the other way round.

Do our documents stay confidential?

Yes. We use anonymised examples where needed and show which data must never go into a public tool.

Is there funding support for this training?

Not through the KMO-portefeuille or Walloon training vouchers: TrAInyng is not approved for these schemes. To keep your budget under control, start with one day with a pilot group, then decide what comes next.
