Grants and subsidies: what to know

Flanders: KMO-portefeuille

It funds part of training costs, only with approved providers. TrAInyng is not approved: our courses are not eligible.

Wallonia: training vouchers

Same principle: only approved providers give access to them. TrAInyng is not one, so we promise no co-funding.

Brussels

Regional support exists, with its own conditions. Check your eligibility with the relevant body: we promise no subsidy.

Our way of keeping your budget under control: a small first scope, a half-day with one team, and three indicators agreed before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI Act really require us to train our teams?

Yes. Article 4 of the AI Act applies to any company using AI systems, including ChatGPT or Copilot. Since its amendment in July 2026 (the 'Digital Omnibus' regulation), it asks for measures that support staff AI literacy, with no set level and no certificate. Role-based, documented training remains the simplest way to show it: exactly what the AI Literacy programme provides.

Is technical knowledge needed?

No. Academy courses are for all employees. Only the advanced technical course assumes an IT profile.

How many participants per session?

6 to 15 people, to keep real practice time. Beyond that, we split the session.

Can you train at our premises?

Yes, anywhere in Belgium. We can also run sessions online or hybrid.

What do participants receive?

The materials, a cheat sheet and a certificate. The company receives the attendance list and, for the AI Act programme, the training record.
